Hi all,

Just bought a Yuan SC510N4 SDI card. Hoped it would be a plug and play experience, but it wasn't :)

The drivers seem to be installed allright, I tried both the vmix and the vidblaster drivers from the Yuan site. I also uninstalled the blackmagic cards and their drivers and cleaned them out of the registry. Tried to re-install multiple times as well.

There might be something wrong with my settings in vmix. The camera's i use, were previously taken into vmix as 50i. I tried 25p as well already, but no succes.

Anyone who knows something i might have skipped as a solution? I'm not really waiting to do a clean install of windows unless really necessary :)

It says HD/SDI on the website btw, but if you look at the resolutions it supports it should be a 3G sdi capture card, no?

I have the YUAN SC510N4-HDMI version and it works with no problems. What version of driver are you using? And where did you but your card from?

It does not matter what resolution you have your cameras on the card should see your cameras.

Did you download the correct driver for your card?

I downloaded the drivers from this page: http://www.yuan.com.tw/e...mixdriver/vmixdriver.htm

Installed YS 201.1.0.125.0

Bought them from a shop in Germany, I'm sure nothing is wrong with the shop or the card, it must be some software mistake in my system :)

I already thought it recognised any resolution, which is why i wanted to go for this card. Hate it with the blackmagic cards that you have to select a resolution or it doesn't work.

Btw, i'm using these converters, then a 30 meter cable :

Problem solved :)

After re-installing windows, cleaning up drivers,.. doing everything.. It appeared to be a hdmi cable issue. We bought a bunch of new cables from aliexpress, they were very cheap and don't work. Bummer!

The yuan card is working flawless. Looks like it's a very good card after all. Just connect the cable and it runs very stable.

It's difficult to tell, since there is also a little bit of delay coming from vmix and the screens. If you tell me how to test it, I can do it for you. What is sure, is that it is sync to the eye with speech and movement.
