Hi from Apostolos I do trial use the vmix. Can i stream with Vmix a connection from skype? Thank you very much.

Greetings to all good friends in the forum. I was not understood my message . Ι What is the transmission through Vmix an image and sound of a reporter it is, in connection with skype. Skype to VMix,not Vmix to skype. Thank you for your help. Apostolos

@ apell Your message is still not clear? The link provided by 'Damn2Good4U' tells you how to bring a Skype caller into vMix. (which would be Skype to vMix, or Skype caller as input) As used in these recent webcasts by vMixers from this community: Using vMix as a source for Skype (i.e. as a webcam) is even simpler, if that is what you mean. (which would be vMix to Skype and something you would likely do anyway with a Skype call like the above examples) The only setting in vMix to adjust is to ensure that the "External" button is activated and you are 'streaming' the appropriate size for Skype. The remaining settings are done within the Skype "Tools" settings where you select 'vMix Video' as your webcam. Either way, you have to "RUN" Skype on your computer, there is no way to 'transmit' or 'connect' directly to Skype with vMix, only 'though' Skype (if that is what you are asking). Ice
