Hello, is it possible to put up audio input level to avoid distortion and peaks on audio? For example, when in sports gets a goal the speaker usually quite often screams and the sound gets to distort and is very ugly in rentransmisión, if you will put an a maximum volume level for example -6db it will not exceed the level and the audio stay clean.

In the Settings for the Input (coq wheel), click the "Audio Settings" button. There you will find an option for "Compressor". This would probably help you on the way.

Then take a look at the Feature Request for More level meter needed for audio compressor! where you can learn a little bit about compression (and vote if you too would find it useful).
