How do you go about using the RTMP support in the 2012V2?

Go to Add Input, select Flash and type in the RTMP url in the box.

Does it support a live RTMP stream? Tried one and didn't get it to work, but it could simply be the CDN; there are some requirments for Limelight in most flash players.
It would be very cool to see live stream support for Flash. With the minimal stream delay of flash, it could be used to bring in a live reporter from the field or interviews from afar. I see a lot of good applications of this.

Live RTMP streams are supported. Note that many RTMP streams out there restrict access to certain web sites so unless you have full control over the stream it may not necessarily load up in vMix.

With IP camera becoming more like video cameras, the throughput of the signal, how taxing is it on the system in each of the video resolutions like 720X480, 1280X720 and 1080 HD? Using 3 capture sources and sending it to Flash Media Encoder, and recording to hard drive, since it’s mostly the same signal will it require much re-processing, thus less taxing to the system and re-broadcasted? Thanx
