We are using Sony EVI-H100s cameras outputting at 1080p29.97 into a Matrox VS4 capture card into vMix set to 1080p29.97 as master framerate/resolution, being recorded to an mkv using Decklink MJPEG recorder at 1080p29.97, 80% compression. We are finding that our output video looks like it's interlaced (lines through the edges of people during motion, jagged edges, etc) despite the file showing as a 1080p29.97. We have a GTX650 running Windows 7 and using the 64-bit version of vMix.

Has anyone experienced a similar issue where progressive workflows look like interlaced video when coming out of vMix?
