I consider this as a small bug.

I'd like to make some shortcuts, but without I don't need (and want) to assign key to them. There is a possibility to choose "None", but only once, because we receive "Shortcut Altready Exists" error.

Whether this is a bug report or a feature request I need some kind of use-case in order to decide on my vote ;)
