Hi Everyone!
I'm new with vMix but have almost 5 years broadcasting with Wirecast 3-6 and a NewTek Trocaster 460. In many ways, I like vMix the best.
My machine is a very fast Windows box with: - gaming MSI motherboard 16Gb RAM 1 Tb SSD for Win7pro O/S 2 Black Magic Intensity Pro cards 1 Decklink Duo SDI card
We've started doing 2 shows so far without a glitch, except we can't get external output to work.
I've spent 3 hours on it today to no avail. We've tried outputting to a 21" LED TV via HDMI and the Intensity Pro cards.
No matter what settings we've tried, we get incorrect video source, locked error or frame rate incorrect error at varying times.
Did see some notes on the web and made appropriate changes with no success. This was instant with Wirecast at 1920x1080i 59.64 frames. All output settings were that way including Black Magic control panel settings.
The TV gets the signals but never displays the picture and the final error today was a the lcoked error. Rebooted man times.
Any ideas? Seem like this should be a no-brainer. I'll se if the Decklink Duo can do it with an SDI converter to HDMI tomorrow.
All else works beautifully.
Thanks!

Rick, In case you missed checking this, do: - make sure the Blackmagic card's output is properly setup in Windows control panel - make sure you set up the External renderer in vMix (Settings/External output tab)
