when i try to connect my blackmagic shuttle with video mixer or hdd Media or humix satellite Receiver it show this massage
AddNewInput.The following are supported:
1920x1080 NTSC 29.97p v210
Unspecified error
why the vmix not support this video format

hey there. That is most likely because when you are adding the "camera input" you are selecting parameters that are not supported. When you click on ADD CAMERA the window will come up to select the Resolution and Frame Rate. It looks like the only supported combination is 1920x1080 resolution and 29.97p as your frame rate. Make sure you select that and see if that corrects it. Try to force video format as HDYC or UYVY :)
