Our church got Basic HD license.
With Basic HD you can have only one FullScreen output.

We have the main PC (with its monitor) + LCD TVs at the entry of the church.
The camcorder video is captured on the pc and we need to output FullScreen video on the main PC monitor + TVs.

This is impossible to achieve that with just one FullScreen output from Basic HD.

Found an workaround and maybe that can help somebody.

1. Single FullScreen output feature is used on the main PC monitor.
2. To have FullScreen on TVs:
- need to use External Output in vMix.
- open virtual "vMix Video" device with VLC player (with 'open capture device')
- drag VLC window to second monitor and make it fullscreen

This is not a perfect workaround because if you compare how video is played on native FullScreen of vMix and on VLC (external output), you will notice a delay.

I use the graphics card settings to "Duplicate Monitors". If your video card supports 3 monitors, you can have one monitor as your main vMix control panel and the 2nd/3rd monitor will be your full screen. I use "Display Fusion" to manage my monitor settings. It was recommended by someone else here on the forum and I have been pleased with it. But you can duplicate your monitors in the regular display settings of Windows 8. No idea on previous versions or a Mac.

I output to about 12 TVs in our building using just the Fullscreen feature and a bunch of HDMI splitters (plus HDMI<->SDI converters). When vMix is not running or Fullscreen is not enabled, it shows the wallpaper of the secondary monitor -- which is in our case is just a black screen with a logo in the corner. It sounds like what you're describing is pretty much the same thing.

I have the vMix HD license ($320). From the PC's video card, one output is connected to a 23" LCD monitor which is the PC's primary screen, and a second output is connected via HDMI to a splitter that feeds the TVs and that is the PC's secondary screen.

When Fullscreen is enabled in vMix, the TVs display the vMix output (which is also shown within the vMix main window on the primary screen). When it is disabled, the TVs see the wallpaper of the secondary screen.

I think you have mis-interpreted what Rehan said.
Basically, if you feed your 2nd screen feed out to your TV monitors from your video card then that is what will be displayed.
It's not a "bug", in every version of vMix you can display "Fullscreen" to your 2nd screen.
The output on vMix primary screen is likely referring to the "program" or "output" screen in vMix GUI.

Rehan, do you have full screen on both outputs (main monitor and TVs) ?

I mean:
do you have full screen feature on both outputs at the same time:

1) on the monitor of the PC where vMix is installed
and
2) the additional TVs?
