30 second limit on OverlayInput triggers?

I am using vMix 14.0.0.101.
When you set an 'OnTransitionIn' trigger to activate an Overlay (example: OverlayInput1) for a given input which has a Delay of greater than 30000ms (30 seconds), the overlay will appear at 30 seconds. If you follow that with an 'OnTransitionIn' with a command to turn off the overlay (example: 'OverlayInput1Off' to deactivate the overlay), and it has a delay that is greater than 30 (and greater than the previous trigger duration), it will remove the overlay at 60 seconds, regardless of the value used.
We use the overlays to supply the titles for new segments which have the same recorded introduction preceding the new segments each week. There is a spot without text in the introduction videos where we do not have text as part of the video and where we put the overlay. We have changed those introductions so that they all end within the 30 second limitation. We would like to be able to have the overlays activated later than that, and can only do that if this limitation is removed.
I have been able to reproduce this consistently. Is there something I can do to change this (or something I'm doing wrong that I can do properly)?
Jeff

Yes, 30 seconds is the limit by design.
Triggers really isnt designed to be used this way, as it starts to create a lot of unexpected behaviour.
Perhaps look at setting up a PlayList for your introduction as these can have durations of unlimited duration. You can add an item with a display type of Overlay then add it again to disable the overlay.

Thanks, Martin. That's an excellent solution. I'll give that a go.
