Desktop Capture - selecting window to capture - not work ?!

When i use Desktop capture - i can select source from some applications windows, i think when i select window of my preffered application - i can see it ONLY. But if another application-window "overlayed" above selected window - i see it in capture too... Is it trouble ? When i use 1 PC whith 1 monitor (fullscreen sended to main desktop monitor) with capture board to capture live cam (HDMI or SDI) and use remote desktop agent in this PC to send "fullscreen" to "main mixer PC" whith minimal latency (no streaming !!!, but 20-25 fps and whith sound) - when i select in Desktop Capture on "main mixer PC" option "vMix Fullscreen" - i recieve all vMix workspace,but no "fullscreen"

To capture a hidden window, make sure vMix 14 is installed, then from the Desktop Capture settings window tick Capture Hidden Window.
