I need few inputs and directions, hope you guys can help me out.


Im planning to launch a webtv, its basically a music tv, more or less beggars version of MTV :P

I need input into, what's the easiest and cheapest method to host the video files, schedule it, stream it to end users. I have looked into few web sites, but they do not offer liner scheduling, as in typical payout like a TV station. also an option to switched to live stream if needed. Ability to stream to web, and also mobile apps.

I could set up a system with Vmix but since i have moved to a village in germany, have very bad internet, and the upload is very very very bad. they cant even upgrade no matter even if you wish to pay more.


can someone help me out with ideas and useful links please.
