Hi everyone,
I am trying to set up a Valorant replay workflow in vMix Instant Replay and need some advice on the cleanest shortcut logic.
My Goal:
1. Leave the master replay background recording running continuously.
2. During a round, use a shortcut to mark/cut 2 or 3 clips. I want them to automatically append to the end of the queue.
3. At the end of the round, I want a single playback shortcut that plays only those 2 or 3 clips from that specific round back-to-back, and then returns to live.
4. Crucial part: I do NOT want to delete these clips after they play because I want to use them all together for a master post-game highlight reel at the end of the match. I also want to avoid having to look down and manually click-and-drag to select rows with my mouse between rounds.
I previously just Started/Stopped recording where it auto-cut to the end of the channel, but switching to the full Instant Replay system has been tricky to map for this specific "rolling round queue + save all for highlights" logic.
What is the recommended combination of functions (e.g., ReplayMarkInOut, playlists, or virtual events lists) to achieve this with the fewest button presses?
Thanks!
