Here's a strange problem I wonder if any of you have encountered...
I have vMix setup with 1 normal record, and 1 multicorder record of output 4. That's been working great, creating 2 video files for me every time. Yesterday, for just 2 of our sessions, vMix create both of those files, but also decided by itself to record one of my NDI outputs... we changed nothing. That output does not have a 'check' next to it. Not only that, for a 2 hour record, it created over 6000 tiny record files. No idea why.
This morning, we tested again, and it's back to just recording the 2 files its setup to record. Has anyone else seen this or anything like it?
Thanks!
Best,
Ben

That sounds like something that happens when vmix detected drop frames, or inconsistancy in frames ...that can happen if input frame rates are fluctuating because of frame rates set too high, or mismatched, and CPU or GPU not keeping up with processing ... do a check of log files for that recording.
