The livestreams:
Shows with 20+ celebrities following a tight script with quick shot switches.

The problems:
20+ zoom inputs is too demanding for the system, that's a lot of encoding.
Moving celebs in and out of the zoom inputs takes too much time when the shot changes are quick, especially when there are so many people in the zoom.
When using the right-click menu to assign a zoom participant to the zoom input, that right-click menu resets to the top if anyone leaves or joins the zoom.

The solution:
Add an On/Off switch to the zoom input UI that allows for set up when off, but does not pull and encode the video unless it is on. This would let us create all the inputs we need, pre-load all the participants, and build out all the shots with their own unique inputs. We would just turn them on as we get to them, and off when we are done.
