Could you please provide a technical assessment of the following configuration?

Option 1: AMD platform

AMD Ryzen 9 9900X
MSI MEG X870E ACE MAX — if I understand correctly, it offers three PCIe slots with direct CPU connectivity
RTX 5060 Ti 16 GB — installed in PCIe slot 1, operating at x8.
DeckLink 8K Pro Mini — installed in PCIe slot 2, operating at x8.
DeckLink Duo 2 — installed in PCIe slot 3, operating at x4 (with the M2.1 slot disabled in the BIOS).
NVMe SSD: 2 TB — installed in the M2.2 slot, operating at x4 with a direct CPU connection.
RAM: 32 GB.

Would this configuration be suitable for either of the following scenarios?

Scenario 1:
6 HD 1080p cameras at 25 fps.
2 external 4K sources at 25 fps.
Camera ISO recording.
Program recording.
1 live stream 1080p25 and a few additional sources.
No instant replay.

Scenario 2:
4x 4K cameras at 25 fps.
2x external 1080p sources at 25 fps.
ISO recording directly on the cameras.
4K25p program recording.
1 live stream at 1080p25
A few additional sources.
No instant replay.

Option 2: Intel platform

Initially, I was considering the following configuration:
Intel Core Ultra 5 250KF
ASUS ProArt Z890-Creator WiFi or MSI MPG Z890 Carbon WiFi.
RTX 5060 Ti 16 GB — installed in PCIe slot 1, operating at x8.
DeckLink 8K Pro Mini — installed in PCIe slot 2, operating at x8.
DeckLink Duo 2 — installed in PCIe slot 3, operating at x4, connected through the chipset rather than directly to the CPU. Would this be safe?
NVMe SSD: 2 TB — installed in the M2.1 slot, operating at x4 with a direct CPU connection.
RAM 32 Go

Would connecting the DeckLink Duo 2 through the chipset be a deal-breaker? Would it inevitably cause lag, dropped frames, or other performance issues?

Would this Intel configuration be powerful enough to handle both scenarios described above?

Intel ou AMD : VMix fonctionne t'il mieux sur une des 2 platformes ?

Thank you very much for your valuable help and advice.
