Show audio meters on collapsed inputs

I'd love to have the option to show audio meters on collapsed inputs, either over the top of the current collapsed channel column, or just to the input column's right. This would be super useful for audio only inputs which don't have a video signal, but currently take up the same space in the UI as an input with a visual.

By moving the text a bit it could even be squeezed into the same space.

While these would be great, I believe an alternative would be a meters panel that could be moved to another screen, like the mixer.
