Sometimes we have a good still shot on our PTZ cameras, but the ptz controls are not smooth enough or controllable enough to do subtle effects, like a very gentle zoom, or a gentle zoom out while the picture moves slowly in the x-y plane to reposition for a good frame in the newly zoomed position.
A hand-held camera can do this. However, is there any software that can display, say, a 4K or 6K PTZ live output, so there is space to move a smaller HD-size output window around by hand in the x-y plane, and also zoom gently? Some software that can show the whole 4K live video and allowing you to move a smaller HD output window around, and also zoom-in and -out.
It is mainly for static shots to give them interest. One can do this in editing, but is it possible live?
