Move Facebook Live "END STREAM" Button

The "END STREAM" button is directly attached to the name of the stream. It's easy to accidentally click on it if you choose a title from the dropdown and don't see that it's been picked. Kills the entire stream setup in Facebook and you have to start over with a new show setup.

Would be nice if that "END STREAM" button was in the center of the popup and not directly under the title dropdown.
