The asset management window that opens when you open a project file needs to be accessible outside of just during the open dialog. An example is that when an asset folder changes during show dev, or when you accidentally press OK to close the window and still have 40 more assets to fix...

On top of this, there should be the ability to replace a file even if it's located at a valid path. We can do it in the input, but we can't do it here? That doesn't make sense.

We should also probably add a confirmation dialog if closing that window without all assets clearing!
