How about this...
New vMix 30 version adds the vMix IO Software that can be used on a remote PC running Linux. This converts SDI inputs on this PC to OMT inputs that are available on the LAN.
--> In addition to converting SDI to OMT, can this software be made to record all SDI sources? This would allow a MultiCorder function without impacting the main vMix PC.

- Tom I believe that creating an open-source project like this, where the community can take advantage of the OMT feature for this process, would be a great idea. I don’t think a closed-source system would be the best approach, but if it’s a ready-made solution, it would be interesting to make it open to community versions so they can use the features under the same conditions as the solution you’re interested in developing.... Creating this system isn’t difficult for anyone familiar with encoders and video streaming systems; I myself have built an encoder-decoder with OMT support, but simply offering this option opens up an incredible range of possibilities for large-scale productions....
