Hi I am looking around and don't seam to be able to find this as a feature or a current request. I am looking for the abuility to assign shortcuts from a web guy prefferably behine a login screen. So basically if someone else is running on the vmix machine live and I need to modify or add a shortcut for a high paced show, I would like to be able to create/moddify shortcuts from a second computer on the network. Does this make sense and is it clear enough? I will try and re explain if it is not understood.

create the shortcut and use the webcontroller for it. Usually on port 8088 of the vmix machine. All ready to use and go.

see here, Button Panel
I actually created exactly this for that purpose. All you need is a text editor to customize the functions.
Customize one of the HTML files—page1.html or the other two—to suit your needs.
Change `window.IP = “192.168.1.240”` to your computer's IP address and try it out right away.
Then customize the functions below to suit your needs.

For simplicity’s sake, it doesn’t have any security features, but adding them would be easy if you have some experience with Python. Then you can set it up as a server solution and add a password prompt.

You can also ask an AI, such as Claude Code. If you provide one of the HTML examples and describe exactly what you'd like to have or change, it will generate the code for you right away.

I think you guys are missing the point. I would like the ability to update/change current shortcuts for the person using vMix this means I can tell them hey sourtcut X is not doing Y so that we can keep the flow of a show going. I get we can do it in bitfocus & Skaarhoj and a whole bunch of other solutions. However I some times need a basic shortcut within vmix to be created, modified or deleted. And extra page withing the current web GUI would be great to do this on. it also means you are not needing to open and close the shorcut settings to test if the shortcut is doing exactly hat you want.
