Hi all,
Just wondering if we could use the just announced BMD SDI Expander 8x12g IP2110 device as a 'capture card' in vMix? it converts 8xSDI inouts and 8SDI outputs to and from IP2110?
In addition to the above, I havent played with 2110 in vMix, are people finding it works well?

That particular device is not a capture card, so you will still need a suitable capture card with enough SDI ports to connect to it.
If you want a pure 2110 capture card, the DeckLink IP 100G is what you would be looking for.
All DeckLink devices work with vMix out of the box. All the 2110 IP related configuration occurs external to vMix, so not necessary to set that up in vMix either,
the inputs will just show up as normal inputs same as an SDI or HDMI based capture card.
