Hi Sir,
I have a vMix Pro key (xxxxxxx). I would like to install it on another computer after removing it from the previous one. However, when I enter the key, the software shows that it has expired. On the website, it says there is no need to upgrade the software. Could you please help me understand what the issue might be?
