Hello,
Is there a way to rename the NDI/OMT outputs?

Yes, indirect. Through other apps like bridge.

Thank you Mavik for your reply.
How does it work? Is it the bridged device that "intercepts" the NDI streams to "redistribute" them across the network?
Does this impact performance?

You could use the NDI bridge in local and set a bridge name. Second option you can use the NDI router to always have the same name. Martin from Zen has also build tools that could be helpful. https://www.zenvideo.co.uk/ndi.htm
