Automatically video switch for vMix

I need an automatic video switcher which is triggered on audio when one or the other person speaks.
You should be able to set a delay on the mix for example 2 seconds, so that it doesn't change all the time.
Does anyone have experience with which software is best?javascript:__doPostBack('forum$ctl03$PostReply','')
