I’ve had a few random vMix crashes over the past month, and when reviewing the vMix logs, I’m seeing errors such as:
1/21/2026 4:22:08 PM [Info] TS.NewEncoder: {1920,1080},333667,2000000,60,128000,48000,2,False 1/21/2026 4:28:03 PM [Info] VCCodec.FindNameMismatch: H264 Encoder MFT,nvidia 1/21/2026 4:28:03 PM [Info] VCCodec.FindNameMismatch: AMDh264Encoder,nvidia 1/21/2026 4:28:03 PM [Info] VCCodec.FindNameMismatch: AMDh264Encoder,nvidia 1/21/2026 4:28:03 PM [Info] VCCodec.FindNameMismatch: Microsoft AVC DX12 Encoder,nvidia 1/21/2026 4:28:03 PM [Info] VCCodec.HardwareName: H264 Encoder MFT 1/21/2026 4:28:03 PM [Info] Encoder.LowPowerEncoderEnabled 1/21/2026 4:28:03 PM [Info] Codec.LowLatency: 0
I’m also noticing some stuttering in the video recordings.
I am running a AMD Radeon RX 6750 XT.
Do these logs suggest a likely cause for the issue?

These are not errors, as indicated by the [info]. They are just notices of the internal configuration of the encoding.
