Hello. Long time vMix user here. I operate a desktop computer for my church congregation where we live stream our Sunday services to Facebook and YouTube. Recently, vMix has been giving me an error message when trying to live stream to Facebook and/or YouTube. The stream will go live for about 10 seconds or so, but then the stream disconnects and gives me an error message. This started happening out of the blue for seemingly no reason. I'm certain that I didn't make any changes to the streaming settings, the internet connection/settings, the firewall settings, or the computer itself. I've double checked that Windows 11 has all the latest updates, that my graphics card driver is the latest version, and that I'm running the most recent update of vMix. I even uninstalled vMix, deleted all of the program data and user preferences, restarted the computer, and installed a fresh copy of vMix. I still get the same issue. I tested different software (OBS) just to see if live streaming would work, and if not, it would've meant there was something else going on that I wasn't noticing. I can indeed stream to Facebook and/or YouTube with OBS. However, replacing vMix is not an ideal solution, and the live stream with OBS occasionally disconnects and reconnects. I've never had the issue of a live stream disconnecting and reconnecting with vMix when I had it working. Anyway, I'm a loss for what to do. I consider myself to be a tech savvy person, and when something goes wrong with the church computer or my personal computer, I'm pretty good at figuring out the issue, but this issue is beyond my knowledge of computing. I did search the vMix forums and Google beforehand, but none the of suggestions seemed to resolve the issue. If anyone has any ideas or suggestions, it would be much appreciated. I've included the full log, as well as screenshots of the error message and the computer's specs. Thank you in advance, and have a blessed day. -Ben Quote:FFMPEG3.Exited frame= 422 fps= 34 q=9.0 size= 71kB time=00:00:14.08 bitrate= 41.5kbits/s speed=1.14x frame= 437 fps= 34 q=9.0 size= 72kB time=00:00:14.61 bitrate= 40.6kbits/s speed=1.14x frame= 453 fps= 34 q=9.0 size= 74kB time=00:00:15.12 bitrate= 39.9kbits/s speed=1.13x frame= 468 fps= 34 q=9.0 size= 75kB time=00:00:15.63 bitrate= 39.2kbits/s speed=1.13x frame= 483 fps= 34 q=9.0 size= 80kB time=00:00:16.15 bitrate= 40.4kbits/s speed=1.12x frame= 499 fps= 34 q=9.0 size= 81kB time=00:00:16.66 bitrate= 39.8kbits/s speed=1.12x frame= 514 fps= 33 q=9.0 size= 82kB time=00:00:17.17 bitrate= 39.1kbits/s speed=1.11x [tls @ 000001dd98efe8c0] Writing encrypted data to socket failed av_interleaved_write_frame(): I/O error [out#0/flv @ 000001dd98efa1c0] Error muxing a packet [flv @ 000001dd98efa300] Failed to update header with correct duration. @ BenVelez The "av_interleaved_write_frame(): I/O error" is the telling error in this case. It means the stream has been disconnected for some reason that is external to vMix, typically an internet disruption on the local network or a block by security or anti-virus software running on your computer or network, but it could be anything between vMix and the destination server that disrupts or breaks the connection. Unfortunately, this can make troubleshooting difficult as there is nothing more that vMix or the streaming logs are going to be able to tell you, only that the stream has been abruptly stopped due to a broken connection: - https://www.vmix.com/kno...ng-ffmpeg-streaming-logsIce

As far as security or anti-virus software, there are no third-party apps installed, just the basic Windows Security and Windows Defender Firewall, and it never blocked vMix in the past. vMix connections are allowed in Windows Defender Firewall, and I never changed any settings, so I find it weird that this started happening for seemingly no reason. I can get vMix to go live, and the stream will run fine for about 10-15 seconds, but then it errors out and the stream stops. It doesn't make any sense. I checked the background processes in Task Manager to see if a process is opening in the background when I hit the start stream button that could be blocking the connection, and I don't see anything unusual. If something is indeed blocking the connection, I haven't got the slightest idea what it could be and how to stop it.
