Ability to trigger a function on specified time on GT Title countdown. Example on a boxing 3-minute timer, overlay out on last 10 secs.

* New OnCountdownTime and OnCountdownRemaining, allow triggers on Title countdowns.

Would love to see this work when the timer is a Countdown to Time as opposed to the new feature which appears to only work with a countdown where you set time remaining
