Hi everyone, I wanted to share a project I’ve been working on that might be useful for many of you working in live production environments with mixed workflows. TallyCCUPro is an open-source bridge designed to connect vMix with Blackmagic Design (BMD) cameras. It solves the common challenge of sending Tally information and CCU control data from vMix to BMD cameras (like the Pocket Cinema Camera or Studio Camera lines) without needing expensive proprietary hardware. What it does: The application listens to vMix Tally data and translates it into BMD-compatible protocols. Key features include: Real-time Tally: Automatic "On Air" (Red) and "Preview" (Green) lights sent directly to your cameras. CCU Control: Basic camera control integration (Iris, Shutter, Gain, etc.) via the vMix interface. Cost-Effective: Runs on a standard PC/Server—no need for extra converters if you have a compatible SDI/Network setup. Lightweight: Built for stability during live broadcasts. How to use it: I’ve published the full source code and documentation on GitHub. It includes instructions on how to set up the connection and map your camera inputs. GitHub Repository: https://github.com/fiverecords/TallyCCUProThis is an ongoing project, so I’d love to get your feedback, bug reports, or suggestions for new features. If you find it helpful, feel free to contribute or "Star" the repo! Best regards, Joaquin
