I've been trying to setup my production to use Canon Log 3 but the image Im getting doesn't look quite right. The "Flat" Log look doesn't seem as flat as it should, and when I try to apply a LUT the colors look compressed. My production is using Canon CR-N500's running SDI out to a BlackMagic Design Decklink 8K
Has anyone else seen any issues, or is there something Im missing?

I use the N700 over NDI. Super solid. Maybe an option for you as well.
