Overlay Off if Title Field empty

Hi All.
I have a title that is populated from a data source - local excel file.
If i go to next row of data source and it is empty, i want this to trigger overlay of title to off. In other words i dont want the title elements to stay on the screen while the fields are empty.
Any thoughts on how this can be achieved? I would also like to overlay input on if i go to the next row and there is data populated.

With a bit of vb.net scripting within vMix : Read content of titlefield ,check the content and if-then-else the appropriate API title function calls https://forums.vmix.com/...86-Scripting-for-Dummies
