Is there a compatibility issue with 5000 series graphics cards and decoding streams? We have a new PC we are putting into our known working video flow, and vMix 28 and 29 have not been able to receive a video signal being sent to it yet. We are sending to the PC via SRT, and the encoder acts like it's not finding a destination to send to. I know there was an ENCODING discussion a bit ago, does anyone know anything about the decoding side?

Some information is missing. Is the new PC a caller or listener?
Are you sending SRT via the public Internet or a local LAN?
Have the ports to the new PC been opened in the router? Does the old computer still can receive the SRT Signals?

Try to give the new computer the same IP, the old computer had (static IP)
When you have connection but no image, are you sending H264 or H265? This is important on Windows 10 Computers, for H265 you will need the HEVC Extension then from Microsoft Store, for 1$.

New PC is listener. Sending SRT in local network, but public route to that PC not working either (works for others). Sending H.264

Problem solved, it was an issue with the security policy IT pushed to us
