Microsoft Teams integration with vMix

The Zoom integration with vMix is great, but there are situations where Microsoft Teams is the preferred video conferencing platform. I know Microsoft Teams feeds can be added to vMix through NDI, but this solution is clunky and unreliable.
A proper integration of Microsoft Teams would greatly improve my broadcasts.

I do the Teams NDI workflow very regularly. No issues really. What is it that you are struggling with. Leave vMix pure and at the core. Don't add too much.

Don't add too much. @mavik, we have people come in and out throughout a meeting as well as individuals who turn off their cameras when not speaking. Would this type of behavior affect an NDI setup like yours? Thnanks.

We even have people that don't want to be seen or heard in a live stream at all in public town hall meetings. We put a holding slide when they speak. So you are looking for a Teams integration where you are controlling mic and cam of a meeting participant. Hell no, I hope that will never come. And to my hosting experiences you as a meeting host could allow the use of mic and cam for a specific participant but the participant has to activate it manually at his side. You can't force it from the distance. Which is the way it should be, honestly.
