It would be super useful to have a feature for the Multicorder/Recorder in general, to use the RAM to prebuffer the choosen recording inputs.
So you can "arm" the Recorder, RAM buffer gets filled with videocontent, but only the last f.e. 5 seconds stay in the fifo buffer.

When you than press "record", the 5 buffered seconds are written out to the recording-files at first and than normally written by live video.

So if you hit record, you always get 5s prior on the recording files from the point when you hit record.

The tech is there, we have "delays" in the instant replay stuff, we also can delay inputs. So i think that would be a wonderful and useful
feature.

Think of it like with your security cameras, there you can also set a pre-record time the recording is written out before the actual event happens.

Best regards, Martin
