Have a vMix system running 28.0.0.23 on a windows 11 machine. Purchased JL Cooper USB SloMoPro listed as compatible with vMix. Drivers appear to install okay, plug in controller and it appears to connect, momentarily, and then the display changes to LOST COMM. Tried a different USB port on the back with same result. Thoughts?
