I've recently built two systems from the Obtanium Spec with the MW83-RPO motherboard (one with an RTX4080 and the other with an RTX5080). I found that as soon as I installed the GPU card, the system began randomly rebooting, often not even completing the boot process before restarting. After trying many combinations of Power Supplies, GPUs, and motherboards (all of the same model), I came across a YouTube video where a builder had the same issue and resolved it by downgrading to Windows 11 23H2. I've since gotten both machines running on 23H2. Has anyone else experienced this and found a solution to running 24H2?
