Hello, I broadcast and record sports events live using vMix. During post-production, it would be much easier for me if the commentator’s voice and the ambient audio from the camera were recorded on separate audio tracks. In other words, how can I configure vMix to create a multitrack recording so that each audio source is captured on its own channel during production?

Use the channel matrix.

But, once again, you don't need to tie up multiple buses to do this when it's literally what the channel matrix exists to do.

Instead of wasting 2 buses to get 2 channels, you can get 2 channels on a single bus by using the channel matrix.
