right now when an input is deleted, all input numbers shift down. That means in Multiview the assigned positions break, because they are not linked to the input name (or ID), but only to the number.

The result: as soon as you remove an input, all the others slide down one number, and your entire Multiview setup gets messed up. You have to manually re-assign everything, which is very time-consuming and frustrating.

It would be great if vMix 29 could change this behavior, so that Multiview assignments are linked to the actual input (by name or unique ID) rather than just the input number. That way, deleting or reordering inputs would no longer destroy the Multiview layout.
