I am part of our small church audio/video committee and was not involved when the hardware was setup so I am trying to gain knowledge now. A couple weeks ago we lost the ability to send video to any of our projectors. The person that is most involved in our system is our music leader and he's not technical at all. I think He relied on someone else to recommend the hardware and get things going initially. He had his people look at the problem and according to him, they indicate it is an Apple software issue and until an update comes along we are out of luck. Today he let the church know that he is resigning. After digging into it today, this is what I know.

We use a Mac M4 Max with the latest licensed Propresenter Software to manage and create different slides. Within the settings of Propresenter, I do see a setup box for the DeckLink 8K Pro (It seems there are 4 different ones of these).
We come out of the Mac with a firewire to a Sonnet Echo Express SE IIIe. It has two coax cables that run to two 2 mini Converter SDI distribution boxes.

Now, I have not looked at the distribution boxes closely, but I assume that they output to our multiple projectors/monitors in the building.


I am at a loss as to where to start trouble shooting. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
