Playing around with the new tools and plugins. I can get vMix/Windows to send to MacOS/OBS, but not vice versa. Viewer on Windows can't see Mac sources either. No firewalls or VPNs or anything in place...NDI working fine both directions.

If you're on the latest MacOS, go to Apple -> System Settings -> Privacy & Security -> scroll down to Local Network and check all the apps being used are turned on.
If they are already turned on, may need to toggle them off and on again.

Hmmmmm.....I'm on Sonoma and oddly don't have "Local Network" listed under Privacy and Security.

Updated MacOS. Local network access settings fixed. Running discovery server on the Mac. Still can only go Windows to Mac, can't get Mac to Windows to work. When I select a Mac OMT source in vMix the source title changes but I get vMix's output for video. Tried OBS and Signal Generator.

I would suggest contacting vMix Support and sending a support report from vMix as instructed: https://www.vmix.com/contact-us.aspxThis contains logs of OMT's networking to help diagnose further. That said, please note that Discovery Server is not used unless specifically configured to do so using OMT Config Manager on MacOS or OMT Settings Manager in Windows. If you configure apps to use Discovery Server only on the Mac, then Windows cannot find them as if it is not configured also to use that same server. If Discovery Server is disabled on both and not configured to be used at all, then both computers should find each other without the server.
