Overlays cannot be activated by center buttons

Version: 29.0.0.19
To reproduce:
1. Create a new Preset
2. Add 2 color inputs
3. Note that Input 1 is the active Output
4. Select Input 2 as the Preview input
5. Attempt to click on any of the overlay buttons above the T-Bar. Notice it does not work.
6. Now click on the overlay buttons on Input 2 itself. Notice how it works.
7. Now the corresponding overlay button above the T-Bar works

This is expected behavior and consistent with previous releases.
The center overlay buttons will only activate the last known input on that overlay.
