In Telestrator I would love a button to freeze the input into Telestrator so you can draw on a picture that's not moving before sending it back to vmix. I know you can use shortcuts to pause the output to Telestrator but that stops other uses for that output

What about taking a snapshot of the input and load it as input for the telestrator (for now).
Or use instant replay.
