I'm only referring to using GTZIP or XAML in each layer.

If I add GTZIP or XAML graphics (containing in and out transitions) to each layer, when I launch that INPUT on the air via transition or overlay, the layers that contain elements automatically display those elements using the in transitions, that is, the GTZIP transitions are automatically activated. So far, so good. However, if I already have the input on air and I deactivate a layer and activate it again, either manually or via shortcuts, the layer abruptly shows or hides the layer's element (speaking of GTZIP or XAML). They are not hidden using their out transition, nor are they shown with their in transition. It's just show/hide.

So the suggestion is some kind of option that allows each layer to be activated and deactivated to use that input or output transition respectively. And not just show/hide. But without sacrificing the options each INPUT has that control the transition game, since these affect when used with overlays or direct sends to the air. For this reason, it's worth telling the vMix team that GTZIPs should be treated differently than other inputs; they are graphics, not video inputs.

BENEFITS OF THIS OPTION.
In a single INPUT, having 10 layers to which we would add 10 Gtzip graphics whose in/out transitions could be manipulated independently would be as if there were 10 overlays. So having 4 overlays multiplied by 10 layers would be like having 40 overlays.

FAILED ATTEMPT
I've tried this combination, but since GTzip input transitions are automatically activated, every time I launch the INPUT, all the graphics in each INPUT layer are also activated. I deactivated the layers before launching the INPUT. The graphics aren't displayed, but the transitions are started. Therefore, when activating each layer, the GTzip input transition isn't displayed; it's already drawn, showing no effect.

I tried disabling the GTzip input's auto-transition, but it still shows the graphic in preview.

I tried using shortcuts to first activate the layer and then activate the GTzip input transition. It worked, but it was a tedious task of creating several shortcuts and deactivating the autostart options for each GTzip input. This also affects the in/out transitions when used with overlays or direct output.

Thanks for your attention. I hope it helps you with an idea on how to improve vMix.
