Not getting 1080p output to FB/YT - what might be the problem?

I am running into an issue of my live video out of vMix not loading to Facebook nor YouTube to 1080p. My live videos go to 360, with no other options.
I checked cameras (HD), Roland V8HD switcher, vMix settings (latest version 28), and YouTube settings. Still running into not getting better video out. It may be something simple that I am missing.
Any ideas?

Has it ever worked with 1080? This is primarily driven by your streaming settings in vMix and your bandwidth availability. I stream to FB and YT at 1080p/30fps for our services. But, I have gigabit service. All ethernet connected.
Would need to see more about your setup in vMix to have any ideas.
