So I am looking at switching over to Zoom events and sessions. I have been testing Vmix with Zoom events & have pretty much got it working, other than one issue. When I play videos through vMix, the music in the videos is not pulling through; if there are any lyrics, they kind of come through and if there is any talking, it does come through on Zoom, but still no music! I've been back and forth with Zoo,m they suggested trying these settings out:
Check if stereo audio is enabled Suppress persistent background noise” and “Suppress intermittent background noise” - Both disabled Original sound for musicians - toggled on
I have done all of this, and it has made no difference.
Does anyone have any other ideas to fix this issue?
Thanks
H

Have you really set the "Original sound for musicians" in the vMix meeting settings, not in another Zoom client? --> https://www.vmix.com/hel...ZoomMeetingSettings.html

Test it in a regular Zoom meeting, not one through Zoom Events
