Not sure why it wont open on my new desktop computer. We just had it built by a local friend.
I have tried older versions, multiple downloads, opened as admin.
Not sure how to fix this it opens just fine on all of our companies laptops.
Any help would be greatly appreciated

Sorry you can't get it to open, it is a good app but not much updates of lately... maybe it is the version of windows you are using does not support the code it is written in and the creaters of UTC may have to do some updating..... I used to use UTC, but then I tried Panel Builder and I am very pleased with it.....it has great features, it has a UI that can be changed to please the user, so I have not used UTC in a while, not because I don't like it but I found what I concidered a much better app... you should give Panel Builder a try...the developer give updates fairly often....
