vmix Social YouTube NOT WORKING - Cannot get Social to synch with chat stream

Hi Wondered if anyone else has had this issue setting up Youtube for vMix Social?

I have connected vmix social to an active stream. The stream is Unlisted (for testing purposes), but its the same when Public.
I have logged into my Youtube account within vmix social and am also logged into the same account within youtube where the live is running.
I am stream from vmix to Youtube and can see my output in youtube fine.
Within vMix social it says I am successfully logged in lets me select the active live stream from thwe menu.
'View Log' within vMix Social displays no errors and says everything is connected.
Yet whatever chat I or others users add does not appear in the View Log or my Title.

PLease what am I doing wrong?

Is there a thread follow these events you can point me too? It seems to be working this morning so hopefully it was just a temporary issue
