I also encountered problems with the vMix Call service on iPhone devices. The version in which the problems appeared was iOS 18.5 (it is possible that they were also on 18.4.1 but we did not test, but on 18.3.2 and lower everything worked fine).
On version 18.5 we tested on several devices -
after connecting to vMix (on windows) we receive a return with the Name of the caller (top label on vmix call block),
but on the phone we do not receive any image or sound (blue image as in hpages), the phone also does not send image or sound to vMix.

También tuve problemas con el servicio de llamadas de vMix en dispositivos iPhone. La versión donde aparecieron los problemas fue iOS 18.5 (es posible que también estuvieran en la 18.4.1, pero no realizamos pruebas, pero en la 18.3.2 y anteriores todo funcionó correctamente).
En la versión 18.5, realizamos pruebas en varios dispositivos.
Tras conectarnos a vMix (en Windows), recibimos un mensaje con el nombre de la persona que llama (etiqueta superior en el bloque de llamadas de vMix), pero en el teléfono no recibimos ninguna imagen ni sonido (imagen azul como en hpages). El teléfono tampoco envía imagen ni sonido a vMix.
