We have a new HP laptop, Intel Ultra 7-155H, 32gb ram, 1TB NVME. When I go to the display setting only Fullscreen 1 is displayed. I want the output from vMix to display on screen-3. I can only get the output to display on screen-2. Does vMix support USB 3.0 to HDMI for Fullscreen?

You should be able to enable the "position" checkbox, which then allows you to enter any X,Y coordinate you want. It will put the fullscreen window at that position, no matter what actual monitor it falls on.
